Using this website and your personal details

When you book online we will ask you to submit, and we will collect, personal information from you, including: your name, email address, home address, telephone number, booking choices, credit card / other payment information, and a password. We may collect information about your internet connection and website-use, e.g. the URL you came from, IP address, domain type, browser type, the country and telephone code where your computer is located and the web pages viewed during your visit. We may collect this information from registered and unregistered users. We use this information to help us make improvements to our website. If you book accommodation with us, we send all our customers marketing communications to develop and build our business.

Any third-parties used in such communication are required to treat your personal information as confidential and to comply with all applicable consumer legislation. We may disclose your personal information and / or User Information if we are asked to do so by the police or any other regulatory or Government authority investigating suspected illegal activities

Credit Card Details

Payments (if taken at the time of booking) are taken via JudoPay's payment network which has an unrivalled uptime record and sophisticated security inbuilt as standard. JudoPay's payment gateway sits between our website and bank and encrypts all credit and debit card data and ensures that the information cannot be read by anyone else.

Terms and Conditions 


All rates quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and service.

Credit Cards

Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking and authorisation taken to cover the cost of the stay. In the event of cancellation the credit card will be used to cover the cancellation fee (see below). In some cases payment will be required at the time of booking but this will be clearly stated. 

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is from 14:00 (unless stated otherwise)

Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10:00 (unless stated otherwise). After this time we may store luggage for you should you wish to continue using the hotel facilities.


Rooms can be cancelled up to mid-day on the day prior to arrival for full refund. Rooms cancelled with shorter notice will be charged for the first nights stay.

Should the need arise please cancel directly by calling the hotel.


You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.


For Health & Safety reasons, some of our Hotels operate a no pet policy. In all instances, please contact your chosen hotel directly to discuss their pet policy. Note: all dogs, in all instances, must be pre-authorised by the hotel before arrival. Failure to do so can result in your booking being cancelled and an amount charged in line with our cancellation policies. Hotels carry a pet supplement cost to cover cleaning costs. Car Park

Parking, where applicable, is free during your stay on a first come, first served basis.
